  • Can I Return A Part of My Order?

Yes, you may return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any products being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complementary gifts or products that came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contents or any special scheme then special rules apply for returns.

  • Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our customer care department and Specify your order number to them. As long as your order is not dispatched, we can cancel it. In case of unsatisfied experience after receiving your order/package, you can return it to the store by covering the require cost yourself and sharing an air bill/screenshot of your delivery receipt. After being satisfied with the presented proof, we svictoria.com will issue a one-time-use only coupon against the amount spent by the customer. Please take note that the entire cost of returning the delivered packages would be the customer responsibility and brand will not be held accountable for any changes in this regard.

In case of not receiving your ordered package, you can request for a proof of delivery, which will be presented to you in a limited amount of time.

  • I Was Supposed To Receive My Refund by Now But I Haven’t. What Do I Do?

If the last update state that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Customer just need to visit our “Drop Ship Center” with the products be returned along with a returns E-form and deposit the products at our drop ship centers, so that the product reaches us safely. Refund will be initiated post inspection once the shipment reaches our facility.

  • Can I Drop My Shipment Returns At Certain Location For svictoria.com?

Svictoria.com has launched the dropping facility. Customers from these locations who would like to return their products can visit the center and send their returns to svictoria.com.

  • Do I Need To Pay A Fee For Using This Service?
